Terror in Malawi: the "vampire hunt" spreads

A terrible bloodlust rages in the African state of Malawi. The superstition has taken the form of a collective, bloody madness that has caused a violent wave of vampirehunting- related killings across the country. The president of Malawi, Peter Mutharika, has imposed a curfew and has officially opened an investigation into the deaths of 9 people brutally killed on suspicion of being presumed vampires.

Despite constant communications from the government urging the population not to believe in the existence of vampires, the inhabitants remain prey to terror and superstition and even accuse the government of a plot against them. The sleep of reason generates monsters. And the monsters are certainly not the vampires.
